Youth and Adult Classes

The Pro’s Katy coaches are all licensed trainers and great with youth and adult training.

The youth training plan is a year-round program dedicated to not only teaching soccer but also ensuring that all participants are having fun while exercising and developing quick reflexes and attention awareness.Your child can start the program at any time and continue for as long as you would like. The first session is free.

Soccer-Fit is a fitness program designed for both adults and youth to improve physical fitness, strength, agility and endurance. A non stop 45 minutes workout with soccer ball. Call us to schedule your first free class.

Our trainers provide personalized focus and training in these fun-filled classes.

Program Options

Here are our options for training, however the training programs are not limited to these three categories. More options are available to discuss in person. The first session is always free.

Mini Kickers (Ages 4 - 6)

Pro’s Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles such as foot work, ball handling, dribbling and the basic rules of the game in a non-competitive environment. Through fun activities, friendly scrimmages, positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.

Pro's Little Dribblers (Ages 7 - 9)

Pro’s little Dribblers focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, while providing an opportunity for children to become a better athlete! They gain sense of belonging and learn teamwork and cooperation. Children will also be introduced to friendly competition in a positive environment.

Soccer Champs (Ages 10 - 12)

Pro’s soccer champs program focuses on enhancing quickness, improving balance and agility, develop speed, and build confidence.

Weekly Schedule

2-3 years old (Toddy Kickers): 11 am to 12 pm on Sundays

4-6 years old (Mini Kickers): 5-6 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays and 12 pm to 1 pm on Sundays

7-9 years old (Little Dribblers): 6-7 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays

10-13 years old (soccer champs): please contact us for hours and training days
